I look through (not rose but) green-coloured spectacles!

My mission with playing World of Warcraft failed. Like I thought from the beginning, I wasn't able to play and at the same time study. Well, I've chosen studies not game... but sometimes I play Hearthstone.

I can honestly say that my life changed a bit. I used to rent a flat with my boyfriend and some friends, and nowadays I live with 3 great girls! I'm still learning how to live without a guy... I can do what I want, I can wear what I want, I can clean when I want, and finally I can eat what I want!
Eating is a case of my today's topic. Thanks to my dear friend Jacob I opened my eyes and saw what the hell I was eating. I decided not to eat meat anymore. I have never said that I am a vegetarian. No. I just don't like meat, eating meat, preparing, eat and so on. I think I  ate meat because the influence of my family members and friends, and specially when I lived with my boyfriend ( whom I love, and I don't want to change him to a non eating meat person). I eat eggs and all products which are from animals like creams and milk. I just push away meat and don't even want to look at it. I don't want to have a stomach which is a graveyard for animals.

My first unknown meal without meat was: vegeburgers.
I used to eat meals without meat but I have never tasted such dish before.



It was very delicious. This dish is (for me) a huge portion and I was really full after eating it. I used there soy. We shouldn't eat too much of it. So this meal can be only a one day position in my eating weekly calendar.

Another meal which I prepared today was a cream soup(however without a sour cream) made of  brussels sprouts, spinach, broccoli and garlic. I just put all the ingredients to the pot and waited until they will be soft. I added salt, pepper, herbal pepper, marjoram and cayenne pepper. Everyone should add spices according to their own taste. When my soup was ready I mixed all in my pot by a blender. I ate it with a garlic roll. It tasted very, very good, was fresh, light and without meat! :)






I also recommend you a green smoothie which also tastes great. It is made of kiwi, cucumber, apple, spinach, pear, lime and minced flax. Then it is very dense. For those who prefer more not so dense I would recommend to add apple juice instead of apple. How much this apple juice it depends on you. It is also very fresh and rousing snack. You can also add some ice.





Stay green! And I want you to think for a while about nature and our mother Earth, please.
